Online Background Check Submission Information
A background check needs to be submitted through https://discover.castlebranch.com/, using package code “VN90”. Once on the Castle Branch website, click on “Place Order”, and enter package code “VN90”, then follow the prompts to complete the background check.
Applicants in the United Kingdom who need to submit an online background check, please use package code “VN90UK”.
The Board can review the background check through the administrator portal. Please do not send completed background checks to the Board via email or mail.

Additional Information
The package price above includes a statewide search within the State of NC. If additional addresses are found associated with your name outside the State of NC, you will receive an additional charge of $18.
The package price above includes researching records under your current name. If you have used additional names, those searches will be performed when applicable, for an additional charge of $15 per additional name. If additional addresses were found associated with your name outside the State of NC, you will be charged $27 per additional name.
